A symbol. An identity. The brand, created in 2007, derives from the name of the city of Trento plus the suffix -DOC, the Denomination of Controlled Origins recognition that the wines obtained in 1993.
Also the design of the brand’s logo has its meaning. The two “O”s represent one of the most characteristic stages of production for classic method wines: remuage, or riddling, the operation of manually rotating the bottles during their aging on wooden racks.
The brand’s logo is visible on every bottle of Trentodoc, an emblem of quality, tradition, and territory.
