A quick dish, these meatballs are a recipe cooked with simple ingredients that create rich and creative food when combined. Paired with an excellent sparkling wine, they become an aperitif or an appetizer that will amaze you.
- 100g minced beef (or turkey or mixed meat)
- 20g stale bread
- 40g milk
- 10g egg yolk
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley as required.
- Black sesame seeds
- Stale breadcrumbs
Soak the bread in milk to soften it and add it to the minced meat.
Then mix all the ingredients, season and shape some meatballs in the size you require (you can choose the size of the meatball depending on whether you serve it as finger food at the start of a dinner, or as a main course).
Then dip the meatballs in the egg, enriched with sesame seeds or stale breadcrumbs, and finally fry in plenty of oil.
Serve the meatballs on classic pureed potatoes.
