- 200g beef tenderloin steak per person
Grill the beef tenderloin steak and once it is cooked as you desire, let it rest in a pre-heated oven at about 60°C for about 15 minutes, and then serve it. This will allow the meat to become tastier.
Prepare a side dish of your choice. In this case, creamed potatoes and pan-fried mangetout will accompany our dish.
You can enhance the meat with sauces (Bernese sauce, or a porcini mushroom sauce, but we don’t recommend very spicy ones that would compromise the pairing with Trentodoc).
