Pizza and Trentodoc? A tasty combination for refined palates!
For important pizzas (with many ingredients) a structured Trentodoc (for example, a Riserva or a Rosé) – is recommended, whereas for simpler ones, we recommend a Brut or a Millesimato. In general, very spicy toppings, artichokes and pickles are not recommended on pizza, when paired with sparkling wine from the mountains. For the rest, you just have to try!
