This simple dish of Spaghetti with Clams is one of the most famous recipes of the Neapolitan tradition. This shellfish dish pairs wonderfully with Trentodoc sparkling wine.
- 400g spaghetti (about)
- 400g clams (about)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Boil the water and cook the spaghetti. At the same time, sauté the garlic with the extra-virgin olive oil in a pan, add the clams and cover with a lid (to encourage them to open). When cooked, add the drained spaghetti and the parsley, and then stir them in a pan.
