A vegetarian dish to prepare using small variations to the classic one each time, in order to make it unique and appetizing. We recommend serving it with sauces or cheeses, and pairing it with Trentodoc Brut sparkling wine.
- 120g filo pastry or puff pastry
- 200g broccoli
- Butter for brushing the baking dish or moulds
- 20g Trentingrana cheese
- 4 eggs
- 200g cream
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Make a dough by combining the Trentingrana, eggs and cream, and then add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Brush the single-portion aluminium moulds or the oven dish with butter, line with filo pastry and pour in the mixture. Add the broccoli, taking care to keep the most attractive pieces aside for garnishing. Bake in the oven at 160°C for about twenty minutes. Five minutes after cooking, garnish it with the broccoli you have set aside.
The recipe can be prepared using seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, mixed vegetables or cheeses as you prefer, possibly serving it with a cheese sauce to enhance the flavour.
