This is the beginning of the story of what it means to have the DNA of Trentino, the sparkling wine from the mountains made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. From the award-winning Riserva Graal, to elegant Pas Dosé, fresh Millesimato and fruity Rosé, all with great structure and richness, agreeable and balanced. Such harmony can be found in each vintage, blending our Brut wines with art and expertise. This is Trentodoc Altemasi, which makes the slow passage of time its stylistic trait.
Altemasi Pas Dosé
ALTEMASI PAS DOSÉ
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, a metodo classico wine that is deeply connected to its land of origin and one that doesn’t involve the addition of liqueur de tirage. It is made from grapes that are selected from vineyards found 600 metres above sea level in the Valle dei Laghi and in the Valle di Cembra. A very well balanced and fresh mountain Trentodoc.
Persistent foam with minute fine-grain perlage. Straw yellow colour, with very faint greenish tinges. Complex, highly refined nose, fruity, with a distinct trace of yeast. Dry, pleasantly fresh on the palate, with a good, balanced structure.
Altemasi Riserva Graal
ALTEMASI RISERVA GRAAL
White foam with fine and consistent perlage. Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. Intense and complex aroma with hints of apple and peach, accompanied by hints of dried fruit and white chocolate. Well-balanced and enveloping on the palate. Significant acidity highlights the body and texture, which are balanced with elegance, flavour and persistence.
Altemasi Blanc de Noirs
ALTEMASI BLANC DE NOIRS
Obtained from selected Pinot Noir cuvées, this Trentodoc is the result of years of research by the sparkling wine oenologist of Altemasi Paolo Turra. The vineyards are cultivated in Valle di Cembra, whose steep slopes are formed from gravelly glacial-fluvial deposits and in the slopes of the cone-shaped alluvial fans in the Dolomite mountains. It stays on the lees for at least 36 months. Excellent pairing with grilled fish.
Pale pink in colour with copper hues, creamy white foam, fine, persistent perlage. Complex, fruity nose reminiscent of ripe cherry, blackcurrant and red apple. Rich, well-balanced palate, with highly persistent aftertaste.
