An ancient sixteenth century castelliere, a fortified borough, perched on top of the hill that overlooks Rovereto, is where Azienda Agricola Balter currently produces its wines. Here Trentodoc and still wines are produced on the 10 hectares that surround the crenelated structure, with careful attention paid to quality and land conservation. More than half of the bottles that Azienda Agricola Balter produces are Trentodoc, in its classic varieties: Brut, Rosé, Riserva and Nature.
Balter Nature
BALTER NATURE
A new addition to the Balter Trentodoc family A 100% Chardonnay created from a careful selection of grapes in the vineyard. A short stay in barriques and malolactic fermentation add smoothness and roundness to the wine, which, after 48 months resting on the lees, expresses the purest version of the Classic Method with a liqueur without added sugar.
