The hillock of Maso Belvedere overlooks the Valle dell’Adige: in front of it stretches the Rotaliana Plain with a view spanning from Monte di Mezzocorona to Monte Paganella, the pyramid of Monte Bondone, the mountain of the city of Trento.
The name “Bellaveder” was recorded for the first time in an episcopal document of 1767, in ecclesiastical Latin: “A burgo S. Michaelis and Athesim Faedi ascendit per Mansum Bellaveder”. These words were used on the label of the first Trentodoc produced.
The motto “Earth and light, art and tought” encompasses the philosophy of the winemaker.
Bellaveder Brut Nature Riserva
Bellaveder Brut Nature Riserva
It is an excellent blanc de blanc in all respects thanks to the terroir that produces the base grapes and to a period of aging for more than 36 months. Pleasant hints of yeast harmoniously blend with fruity, tropical and citrusy notes. It has an agreeably fresh, full-bodied and lingering flavour, with a fine persistent perlage that leaves a creaminess on the palate.
Bellaveder Brut Riserva
Bellaveder Brut Riserva
It is a genuine Trentodoc, pleasantly fresh and full-bodied. It is aged on the lees for 36 months. On the nose it has pleasant hints of toasted bread that blend perfectly with fresh, tropical and citrusy notes.
Bellaveder Rosé Brut Nature Riserva
BELLAVEDER ROSÉ BRUT NATURE RISERVA
Trentodoc Rosé confirms Bellaveder’s philosophy: monovarietal (100% Pinot noir), Riserva (36 months on the yeasts), Nature, frank expression of the terroir where it grows, at 600 msl with view on the Brenta Dolomites.
