Cantina di Riva

This cooperative winery was founded in 1957 by the wine makers out of love for their own land. The company is located in a little piece of paradise, protected by the high Dolomites and tempered by Lake Garda, where its hard-working “gardeners”, enamoured of their own territory, cultivate vines and olive groves. The winery is renowned both for its Garda olive oil, known worldwide, and its Trentodoc, a metodo classico sparkling wine called “Brezza Riva”, which refers to the legendary wind that blows in every day from Lake Garda, to the benefit of the entire Trentino region.

Vineyards lying between 70 and 400 metres above sea level offer up Chardonnay grapes, which are nourished by the Garda area’s Mediterranean climate. Three years of ageing bestow us with a Trentodoc that is pleasantly fresh, full, well-balanced and persistent.
