In 1907, when the Trentino region was still under the rule of the Hapsburg Empire, local wine producers created the Cantina d’Isera cooperative winery. Since 2004 the winery has unreservedly dedicated itself to producing Trentodoc in its Extra Brut, Brut and Riserva varieties. Today all 150 members send more than 20,000 quintals of prized grapes to the winery and the fermentation process is carried out under strict supervision in order to obtain high quality wines.
Cantina d'Isera 907 Dosaggio Zero
CANTINA D'ISERA 907 DOSAGGIO ZERO
Isera 907 Dosaggio Zero is one of the most precious gems among the Trentodoc cuvées of Cantina d’Isera. A fusion of elegance and freshness, it represents the essence of Chardonnay produced on the slopes of the mountains of the Vallagarina.

CANTINA D'ISERA 907 COLLEZIONE 14
Collezione 14 is the Trentodoc cuvée from Cantina d’Isera that best represents the very essence of the territory. It is made from a blend of only Chardonnay grapes from vineyards cultivated using the pergola and espalier training systems by member wine-makers at the wine cellar on the Isera hills between 350 and 600 metres above sea leveL.
Cantina d'Isera 907 Riserva
CANTINA D'ISERA 907 RISERVA
Trentodoc Cantina d’Isera 907 Riserva is made from a blend of only Chardonnay grapes from vineyards cultivated using the pergola and espalier training systems by member wine-makers at the wine cellar on the Isera hills between 500 and 600 metres above sea level. The significant temperature range between day and night, the clear air and the luminosity at high altitudes ensure that grape clusters acquire the typical aromas of Chardonnay, a natural concentration of acidity and the sapidity required to obtain a Trentodoc Riserva.
