Cantina Mori Colli Zugna has been pursuing its passion for wine for many decades. Founded through the merger of two historic cooperative wineries, the company owns vineyards stretching from the Adige Valley to Lake Garda, then climbing the slopes of Monte Baldo and extending into the Gresta Valley. These areas reach elevations of up to 700 meters above sea level and are caressed by the Ora del Garda wind while benefiting from the temperature fluctuations typical of mountainous regions. Combined with volcanic soils, these conditions create the ideal microclimate for cultivating Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These unique territorial characteristics are expressed in the Trentodoc sparkling wines produced by the winery.
Trentodoc Morus San Mauro
TRENTODOC MORUS SAN MAURO
Chardonnay grapes grown on the slopes of Monte Baldo form the backbone of this sparkling wine, which rests on its lees for at least 20 months, achieving a harmonious balance between delicate yeast nuances and vibrant citrus notes. A Trentodoc with a fresh, refined, and elegant bouquet, it is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with delicate dishes and seafood.
Trentodoc Morus
TRENTODOC MORUS
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in carefully selected hillside vineyards, where a cool and breezy microclimate ensures optimal grape ripening, Trentodoc Morus takes its name from the Latin word for mulberry tree, a plant that once served as a natural support for vineyard rows. The secondary fermentation in bottle and a minimum ageing period of 36 months on the lees give this sparkling wine a complex and refined bouquet, with delicate notes of pastry and freshly baked bread crust. Fresh and elegant, it is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with fish-based dishes.
Trentodoc Morus Rosé
TRENTODOC MORUS ROSÉ
The finest Pinot Noir grapes are expressed in this Trentodoc, which, thanks to a minimum of 30 months of bottle ageing, reveals its layered elegance. Its lightly pink hue brings a vibrant freshness to a wine enriched with fruity aromas and subtle spicy notes. Full-bodied and harmonious, with a pleasant savoury character, it is ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and white meats.
Trentodoc Morus Dosaggio Zero
TRENTODOC MORUS DOSAGGIO ZERO
A Trentodoc obtained predominantly from Chardonnay grapes, with a fresh and citrusy bouquet, it comes from high-altitude vineyards located on the Brentonico Plateau. Ageing on the lees for at least 48 months allows the wine to develop depth and complex aromatics. Dry and vertical on the palate, it highlights the purity and minerality of the terroir, developing a pleasant savoury character. Excellent with raw fish and shellfish, where its acidity enhances the freshness of the dish.
Trentodoc Morus Blanc de Noir
TRENTODOC MORUS BLANC DE NOIR
Vinified entirely from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes in the winery, this wine represents a lively and fresh new addition among the Trentodoc wines produced by the estate. With at least 36 months of ageing on the lees, Morus Blanc de Noir achieves a unique complexity and savoury character, typical of its delicate style. It pairs well with raw fish, oysters, delicate risottos, and light white meats.
Trentodoc Morus Riserva
TRENTODOC MORUS RISERVA
This Trentodoc expresses the characteristics and complexity of Morus, produced from mountain vineyards. It shows an important structure and a marked mineral component, typical of its terroir. The taste profile is smooth, with a subtle almond-like note. It pairs well with appetisers and moderately fatty cured meats, shellfish, and aged cheeses.
