Cantina Resom

Cantina Resom was founded in 2018, when brothers Tommaso and Luca Moser decided to continue the path taken by first grandfather Silvio and then father Marcello. The vineyards of the only Trentodoc label are all around Mount Calisio at an altitude between 550 and 700 m. Enhancement of the territory and respect for the environment are the two main goals of Cantina Resom. The winery is the result of a balance between innovation and tradition.

Brek Extra Brut

BREK EXTRA BRUT

Trentodoc Brek Extra Brut is made from only Chardonnay grapes grown around Mount Calisio. The rocky soils and altitude bring minerality and acidity that allow this sparkling wine to have great aging potential. According to the company, 36 months of aging on the lees is the minimum period required to fully appreciate this Classic method sparkling wine.

Brek Rosé

BREK ROSÉ

Trentodoc Brek Rosé is born from two small vineyards cultivated with Pinot Noir and Meunier on Monte Calisio. The Meunier, grown at 550 meters above sea level, gives fullness and notes of wild strawberries and red berries, while the Pinot Noir, cultivated at 650 meters altitude, ensures freshness and elegance. A distinctive and unusual blend that makes this Trentodoc truly unique.
