Since 1919, Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz has been making wine with the fine grapes from the gravelly calcareous soils of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, in the heart of the Dolomites. Here, the history of wine has always been linked with that of the local people, giving rise to wines with a multitude of aromas and a distinct tangy flavour. Daily work in the vineyards, a love of the land and a long tradition of white wines has led to Vervè: a Trentodoc metodo classico sparkling wine with pleasant retro sensations, thanks to a renewed tradition.
Vervè Brut
VERVÈ BRUT
The classic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir match with Pinot Blanc, which enhances a rare white lily bouquet. The unusual notes and the classical hints of bread crust after more than thirty months on yeasts mix with the clear freshness intensified by a fine perlage, with a pleasant fragrance and taste
Vervè Riserva
VERVÈ RISERVA
More than sixty months on the yeasts for this special Metodo Classico, celebrating the hundredth anniversary of the Winery. Very few bottles for this exclusive Riserva, unique as the vineyards of Roveré della Luna. 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Blanc, 25% Chardonnay: an unusual blend that enhances its elegance, smoothness and strong personality, making it a perfect match for a very wide range of dishes like well structured first and main courses of fish and white meat.
Vervè Rosé Brut
VERVÈ ROSÉ BRUT
Thirty months on the yeasts instill a refined character in this Trentodoc. The exclusive use of Pinot Noir grapes gives body and structure. The pleasant fruity scents, the lasting perlage and a peculiar old-rose colour are the perfect combination for an aperitif or dinner.
