Founded in 1956 by 11 vine-growers, with 480 members, the company survives and monitors a production area of 750 hectares, mainly spread over a hilly area around the city of Trento.
The altitude of the vineyards, at 650 – 700 metres, allows gradual and consistent ripening of the grapes, giving their Trentodoc elegant fragrances, while temperature fluctuations enhance its aromas and freshness.
Cuvée 601 Dosaggio Zero
CUVÉE 601 DOSAGGIO ZERO
A Trentodoc made from Chardonnay grapes grown on hills around the city of Trento, at 350 – 600 metres above sea level. 20-24 months of aging on the lees gives 601 its characteristic sensory notes that are enhanced by zero dosage.
Zell Brut Nature
ZELL BRUT NATURE
The grapes selected for the cuvée are grown exclusively in the vineyards of the locality Zell, in Trento, at the altitude of 500 above the sea level, an area which is renowned for the cultivation of grapes to be used for the sparkling wines. An integrated plant protection system is used in the vineyards, preferring the use of products, which are not synthetic manufactured. This Trentodoc ages on the lees in the bottle for 30-36 months, before the disgorgement takes place. Straw yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. Clean-cut on the nose, with hints of flowers and yeast, elegant, with a light note of bread crust. Well-balanced on the mouth, with a fine mineral note and a good structure.
Cuvée 601 Brut
CUVÉE 601 BRUT
Wonderful Chardonnay grapes grown in the hills around the town of Trento, around 350 and 600 metres above sea level, are used to make this Trentodoc. 601 has a clear golden colour; the aroma is complex and elegant, fragrant with fruits and notes of yeast. It has a fresh, creamy and well-structured flavour with a lively yet fine-textured fizz. Excellent length.
Zell Brut
ZELL BRUT
Trentodoc Zell remains on the lees for 30-36 months before being disgorged. A deep straw yellow colour, it has a dense, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is elegant, fruity and fragrant, with a slight hint of yeast. Its flavour is a blend of freshness, minerality and structure. Its clean palate and persistent flavour make this versatile wine ideal for formal, celebratory and festive occasions.
Zell Rosé
ZELL ROSÉ
The grapes, exclusively Pinot Nero from the well-suited locality of Zell, a hamlet of Trento situated 500 metres above sea level, are picked just before fully ripe to preserve their acidity and freshness. After a short period of maceration on the skins to extract the characteristic colour, the grapes are soft pressed and then racked to clarify the must. In the spring, after primary fermentation in steel tanks, the wines are tasted, selected and then prepared for secondary fermentation in the bottle. Zell Rosè remains on the lees for 24-30 months before being disgorged. It is a delicate pink colour with a dense, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is elegant, fruity and fragrant, with a slight hint of yeast. Its flavour is a blend of freshness, elegance and persistency, making it ideal as an aperitif or an accompaniment throughout a meal. It also lends itself to special pairings with elaborate dishes of the most classic Italian cuisine.
Cuvée 601 Brut Rosé
CUVÉE 601 BRUT ROSÉ
For this Trentodoc we use Pinot Noir grapes grown in small parcels above the town of Trento, at an altitude of 400 – 650 meter above sea level. After a bottle fermentation of 20-24 months the wine is disgorged and added with liqueur d’expedition. Trentodoc 601 Rosé is characterised by a pale rosé colour; on the nose it is fresh, with fruity and floral notes and a light yeasty aroma. It has a fine and persistent perlage; fresh on the palate, elegant, with a good structure and a light mineral note. Ideal as an aperitif, it can accompany the whole meal.
