Cantine Levii produces Trentodoc sparkling wine from high altitude grapes harvested on our vineyards at the feet of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. All Levii products are Millesimati aged on lees for at least 30 months. This long refinement enriches the wines with harmony, softness and elegance while saving its delicacy and freshness, typical qualities of mountain regions wines, precious resource when it comes to Metodo Classico sparkling wines.

The first Trentodoc produced by Cantine Levii, a single vintage Chardonnay with a not too high sugar dosage, and 30 months spent on the lees. A highly drinkable sparkling wine with immediate appeal and freshness.

This Trentodoc Riserva comes from a cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Aged on the lees for at least 60 months, it offers structure, complexity and elegance in the glass while preserving the mountain character that the sparkling wine producer Levii always aims to enhance.
