In these happy lodges we grow the Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, perpetuating a long and fruitful tradition of winemaking.

OPERA NATURE
Trentodoc Opera Nature, bright straw yellow in colour, has a rich, distinct and complex aroma, with fruity and floral hints reminiscent of apricot, pear, carob, and delicate nuances of persimmon, acacia flowers and lily of the valley. It has a very persistent, extremely fresh aftertaste that cleanses the palate, recalling nuts and brioche bread.

Aging on the lees for more than 72 months ensures that Trentodoc Opera Riserva has a fine and persistent perlage. Its aroma is crisp and decisive, reminiscent of fragrant notes of lily of the valley and hawthorn, with citrusy hints of orange blossom and overtones of ripe apple.
Corvée Brut
CORVÉE BRUT
Trentodoc Corvée Brut is produced from high quality Chardonnay cultivated on the steep slopes of Cembra Valley at altitudes over 500 m ASL. The refined and elegant aroma, is reminiscent of the quince, the spadon pear, the toasted almond, the strudel and the dried fruit in general. The gustative persistence, rich and complex, gives a pleasant freshness.

Trentodoc Opera Brut features an intense, fragrant and highly varied aroma. It is rich in overtones recalling hawthorn and magnolia flowers, fruity ripe Golden Delicious apple and peach, with notes of hazelnut and lightly toasted bread.

Corvée Rosé is produced from the best selections of Pinot nero and Chardonnay grape harvested in the renowned area of high-lying Cembra Valley. This Trentodoc is elegant and refined, the ideal for enjoying light-hearted, entertaining evenings. Of a light and stimulating colour, it has a delicate aroma of red fruits with notes of bread crust.

OPERA ROSÉ
Opera Rosé is a Trentodoc featuring an ample perlage with a very long-lingering crown. It is bright antique pink in colour. Its intense, elegant aroma, with fruity notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and wild strawberry, recalls the characteristics of Pinot Noir. On the palate, it is fresh, clean and very complex.

The soul of Trentodoc Corvée Nature resides in the mountain. The color is pale straw, the entrance is dynamic, animated by vibrant acidity and minerality. The entry evolves into an extremely precise and balanced savory finish that leaves the palate very clean. On the nose, hints of fresh pineapple and citrus are combined with aromatic herbs. The whole experience is held together by an extremely elegant pastry feel.
