The mission of De Vigili is to highlight the Trentino region in all its forms. This concept is developed both inside and outside the sparkling wine cellar with an exhibition of works of art representing the harmony that lies between the artistic and productive vision of the Trentino world of wine. This idea led to: Trentodoc Art.

Trentodoc Art, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, is a fusion of finesse, elegance and minerality, reminiscent of the freshness of mountain grapes grown in an alpine territory, surrounded by the Dolomites. On the nose, it is delicate with hints of white flowers and a slight roastiness, whereas on the palate it is very savoury with the finest perlage.

This Trentodoc was created from De Vigili’s desire to offer a fresh and immediate sparkling wine. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, it stands out for its 24 months of aging on the lees, which enhances its fragrance and drinkability, evoking the typical freshness of mountain-grown grapes cultivated in an Alpine territory.
