Felsen is a Trentodoc born from the collaboration between Gianni Gasperi, Luciano Rappo, and Massimo Benetello. The project combines winemaking expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and a deep connection to the Trentino region. Felsen interprets mountain sparkling wine through technical precision, elegance, and expressive purity, enhancing grapes grown at high altitude and the tradition of the classic method.

Trentodoc Chri is born among the hills of Trentino from the desire of Gianni Gasperi to express his vision as a winemaker. The grapes benefit from the temperature variation typical of Alpine areas, with cool nights that help preserve and enhance acidity—an essential characteristic of this sparkling wine. Chri is made from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for 36 months. Aromatic purity, juiciness, and salinity are the pillars on which it is built.
