In the shadow of an ancient manor, dating back to the 1600s, in the hills surrounding Trento, lie the vineyards and headquarters of this sparkling wine producer. The soil is mainly composed of dolomite, an ancient mineral that became rock. In 2016 in this location, three friends, who are Trentodoc enthusiasts, decided to create Dolomis, a Millesimato or Riserva. Made from selected grapes every year, it is the ultimate expression of each vintage.
Dolomis 36
DOLOMIS 36
Trentodoc of brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, embellished by a fine and persistent perlage. With a citrusy personality, it is lively, straight, broad and pure. It has a refreshing finish thanks to its distinct mineral character. It offers the essence of Chardonnay on the nose, both in finesse and intensity. It expresses itself on bright of yellow citrus fruits, flowers and fine herbs which, as they evolve, let the sumptuous rocky minerality emerge.
