Chardonnay and absolutely nothing else – this brut couldn’t be purer. As there is no liquer de tirage, this Trentodoc is dry and assertive on the palate with a touch of tartness. This Trentodoc is beautiful if paired with shoulder ham, fish and shellfish.

This single vintage Trentodoc is created by bringing together exclusively hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.. The flavour offers an array of fragrances ranging from bread crust to tones of vanilla, on a base of creamed apples and dried fruit. Drink as an aperitif or as the main wine at an important lunch, or simply at any special occasion.

With its immediate, persistent lively lightness and slightly golden reflections, this Trentodoc Letrari Cuvée Blanche is instantly convincing with its delicate floral notes of common verbena and green apple, with aromatic traces of lime and an interesting hint of laurel. It is vigorous in all respects thanks to an excellent cuvée (and due to the character of Chardonnay from the high hills of the Dolomite area). Its distinct, frank flavour is surprisingly elegant, blending well with its usual creaminess. Ready to drink, with clear sensations that evoke fresh tangy flavours on the palate.

QUORE PIENNE RISERVA LETRARI
Trentodoc Quore PieNne is 100% Pinot Noir with 60 months of aging on the lees. Its aromatic profile is turgid and vibrant with notes of plum, quince, tea and a hint of ginger, toasted bread and liquorice. On the palate, it is austere and vital with a citrusy freshness and a note of saltiness. Highly versatile, it can be enjoyed on its own or paired with fish appetizers, risotto with mushrooms, egg or white meat dishes, and even slightly matured alpine cheeses.

If Brut is a boy, this Brut Riserva is a middle-aged gentleman who wants to share his life experiences, from the vine through to ageing. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes give a full, rounded, complex flavour with notes of ripe fruit over a background of citrus and spice.

One hundred and ten on its lees must be a record. This TRENTODOC is characterised by a delayed disgorgement. It is a true oenological masterpiece offering dense flavours to discover over the course of a special meal.
Brut Rosé Letrari
BRUT ROSÉ LETRARI
The base wine is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this last vinified in rosè.
It has a delicate antique pink and bright colour, intense bouquet, delicate, with dominant notes of red fruits (currants, wild strawberries and raspberries), elegant and smooth. On the palate is dry, clean and elegant with delicate hints of sweet almond and aromatic musk, remarkably persistent. The finish is persistent with flavors of tangerine and cherry.
This sparkling wine is produced with the “Metodo Classico” and matures on the lees for at least 24 months.
Suitable from Italian antipasti, soups with mushrooms and vegetables, pasta and risotto, in combination with fresh cheese, not too much seasoned, and salami.

+4 conceals the deepest meaning of this Trentodoc. The number is an affectionate tribute to the new generation of the family, who are all female (4 girls). The special cuvée, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, gives it a harmonious and balanced character, expressing its smoothness and its agreeable aromas and flavour. A long period of aging on the lees enhances its essence, which is feminine due to its elegance and charm, typical of a Rosé wine.
