LeVide originated from an idea of Paola Zadra and Valperto Degli Azzoni, who have thirty years of experience in the world industry. Their goal is to exclusively offer Trentodoc, in full compliance with Trentodoc production regulations, methodically and with dedication. The first Trentodoc to be created is Cime di AltiliA, in a Brut millesimato, Extra Brut millesimato and Brut Rosé version: its name recalls the high altitudes of the mountains of Trentino.

Trentodoc Cime di AltiliA Rosé, with its antique pink colour, reminds us of the grapes used for this Metodo Classico sparkling wine with its refined, silky and persistent perlage. Pinot Nero gives this wine its structure and tanginess, which blend well with the aroma of red berries and offer nuances of wild strawberries in the finish. Crustacean and molluscs are its best companion.
