Man Spumanti

Man Spumanti is a small family business, destined exclusively for the production of Trentodoc. A project that wants to tell the life and love for the Val di Cembra. MAN is in fact the acronym of the names of the owners (Mattia and Anita) and at the same time a dialect term to indicate hands: it is therefore a tribute to those who over time and with enormous effort have created the splendid terraced vineyards of the Cembra Valley and to those who still today commits its energies with passion and dedication to cultivate these patches of land.

MAN SPUMANTI BLANC DE BLANCS NATURE

Man Spumanti Nature is a Trentodoc obtained from our best Chardonnay grapes, grown at 600 m in the Cembra Valley, on the slopes of Monte Corona. No expedition liquer is added to the disgorgement to respect its dolomitic character: Trentodoc in which the mineral note, flavor and elegance prevail, due to the long aging on the yeasts and the extreme suitability of the territory for the Classic Method.

MAN SPUMANTI BRUT

Man Spumanti Brut is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep mountain terraces of the Cembra Valley, on the slopes of Monte Corona. An exclusive terroir, strongly suited to the production of Trentodoc, which expresses all its character in the glass: complexity, elegance, freshness, minerality and flavor.

Man Spumanti Rosé

MAN SPUMANTI ROSÉ

Man Spumanti Rosè is produced with 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, grown on heroic mountain vineyards in the Cembra Valley. Trentodoc with a bright antique pink color, complex and elegant, has hints of black currant, blackberry and wild strawberry, typical of Pinot Noir, accompanied by the freshness and minerality of Chardonnay.

Maso Martis can be found in Martignano, at the foot of Monte Calisio above Trento, at 450 metres above sea level. This mountainous terrain features excellent exposure and is caressed by gentle breezes.

Zeni Roberto bought Maso Nero in 1988, an old farmhouse located on the wine route of the Avis hills, a natural window on the nearby Campo Rotaliano.

No other word such as “Maso” can symbolise fields, valleys, vines and the mountains of the Trentino region. In a very short time, the Togn family has transformed old vines into modern production facilities.
