Maso Martis can be found in Martignano, at the foot of Monte Calisio above Trento, at 450 metres above sea level. This mountainous terrain features excellent exposure and is caressed by gentle breezes. The winery was established in 1990 and dedicated itself to the art of producing Trentodoc metodo classico with great enthusiasm, right from the start. The harvest at the farm is carried out strictly by hand and even today is treated as a kind of rural festival. Their philosophy of protecting the health of the grapes and the environment is put into practice with organic cultivation methods.

Whole Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are, separately, gently pressed straight off the vine before being stored in steel tanks and bottled in the springtime, with added cultured yeasts.
