Metius is less a company and more a project aimed at pursuing perfect quality. The idea of two oenologist friends has given rise to a Trentodoc Riserva of unmistakeable timbre. This all occurs in the mountains because this environment brings out the best in a Trentodoc. Or better, it generates it. A bottle that, far from being produced by accident, is actually the result of meticulous research and these two oenologists’ desire for perfection, with it all being driven by their love for their land and beautiful things.
