Gianni, Domenico and Mario, three great friends, set up the Pravis winery more than 40 years ago in the Valle dei Laghi, a location surrounded by lakes and castles. They now work alongside Erika, Giulia and Alessio, the second generation of the family. They have recently started to produce a Trentodoc Extra Brut made entirely from Pinot Nero grapes called “Blau Dorè”. Pinot Nero is known as “Blauburgunder” in German regions and, until the last century, “Plant Doré” in French regions, hence the name of this Trentodoc.
