Vine growers since the mid-1900s, in recent years this family has devoted its energies to producing Trentodoc in Brut, Rosé and Riserva versions, thanks to the experience of the father Luigi and to the studies and experience of his sons. The impressive wine cellar, created in a cave carved out of the rock and once a hideout during the First World War, is an attractive and unique environment particularly suited to the production of this type of wine. Brut Rosé Maria Rosa and Riserva Emilio bear the names of those in the family who have been loved and admired.
Trentodoc Ress Brut is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. Second fermentation in the bottle is carried out in a cave at a constant temperature of 13°C, all year round, allowing this Trentodoc to slowly mature a refined, elegant and persistent perlage. Ress Brut offers hints of white fruit, citrus fruit, apple and honey.
Ress Rosé Maria Rosa
RESS ROSÉ MARIA ROSA
Ress Rosé Maria Rosa is made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. Second fermentation in the bottle is carried out in a cave at a constant temperature of 13°C, all year round.
