Rotari is made in the heart of the Dolomites, an elegant and contemporary Trentodoc forged by the mountain climate. It finds its name somewhere between history and legend, taking it from the Lombard king, Rotari, who fought in Trentino to conquer Italy. The winery is one of the biggest metodo classico producers in Italy. Supplied with the best technology and a patchwork of almost two thousand hectares of vine groves, it is an extraordinary example of contemporary architecture, evoking the rhythm of the winding vineyards, which are trained with the Trentino pergola system, in its characteristic “wave roof”. It integrates perfectly with the surrounding area and respects the environment. Rotari Trentodoc develops aromas and fragrances that tell a story of the land it comes from, of a renowned production method and of the dedication of its vintner members.
Rotari AlpeRegis Pas Dosé
ROTARI ALPEREGIS PAS DOSÉ
A special Trentodoc Millesimato made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, with aging on the lees for 60 months. It is the essence of sparkling wine production by AlpeRegis. Made from a selection of grapes picked in the vineyards of the hills surrounding the Piana Rotaliana, it stands out for its maturity and balance.
Rotari AlpeRegis Extra Brut
ROTARI ALPEREGIS EXTRA BRUT
This special single-vintage is produced on a base of Chardonnay grapes picked exclusively by hand. Its name evokes images of the royal figure of Rotari. It presents an elegant, homogenous and persistent perlage. Light yellow with very delicate straw-like hues, the aroma is striking thanks to its varied intense notes of ripe fruit, Golden Delicious apples and pineapple.
Rotari AlpeRegis Brut
ROTARI ALPEREGIS BRUT
This Trentodoc vintage is made from a selection of Chardonnay grapes harvested in the mountain vineyards north of Trento. Soft pressing and low-temperature fermentation with selected yeasts allow the grape aromas to be fully expressed. Low-temperature secondary fermentation combined with aging on the yeasts for a minimum of 36 months gives AlpeRegis Brut the ideal balance of aroma and taste.
Rotari Brut
ROTARI BRUT
Dry, full, fragrant, harmonic, well balanced – but these adjectives alone can’t give an idea of what this Trentodoc says to those who taste it. Excellent when served in a carafe.
Rotari Cuvée 28
ROTARI CUVÉE 28
Made only from hand-selected and hand-picked grapes from our own vineyards in the most suitable hilly areas of Trentino, Rotari Cuvée 28 owes its name to its long fermentation which gives it a strong but elegant, fresh and persistent character.
Rotari 40 Second Limited Edition
ROTARI 40 SECOND LIMITED EDITION
Trentodoc Rotari 40, a pure Blanc de Blancs, produced only with the best Chardonnay grapes selected from our vineyards on the hillsides North of Trento. Here we find unique microclimate conditions: a chalky Dolomitic soil, an average altitude of 500 m above sea level, along with an excellent exposure to sun. Furthermore, the vineyards are caressed by the refreshing breeze coming from the lakes, which assures the natural preservation of the crispiness and aromatic richness of the grapes.
Rotari Flavio Riserva
ROTARI FLAVIO RISERVA
