Tenuta Maso Corno

Tenuta Maso Corno, an estate that surrounds a centuries-old farmstead and extends over the slopes of the Lessini Mountains facing the Little Dolomites, has a fan-shaped vineyard at 500 metres above sea level overlooking the Valle dell’Adige. Its Dolomitic limestone soils with a low vegetation cover, the air of the foothills and sun exposure in the mornings all contribute to enhancing its genius loci.
Vines over thirty years old give rise to a sophisticated Trentodoc with distinct character while finesse and elegance complement a structured body.

Giulio Larcher Pas Dosé
This wine has a name and a surname: that of the owner, leader and founder of the mountain winery that was established and took its first steps a decade or so ago. The company recognises that the main players of its production and expression are Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. The base grapes are grown at altitudes from 500 - 800 metres above sea level. As a result of the grape varieties grown, the altitude and the characteristics of freshness and minerality that the territory expresses, the Metodo Classico, the noblest of secondary fermentation methods, was a spontaneous choice. Pas Dosè, made of 100% Chardonnay grapes aged on the lees for a minimum of 30 months, is produced in line with the choices made: steel vats only are used for its base wines, no malolactic fermentation and zero dosage at disgorgement. It is fresh, tangy, minerally, very vertical and almost sharp due to its distinct acidity. This is a "Trentodoc" for the winery and for Giulio Larcher, who makes it a unique, individual and very personal experience.

Giulio Larcher Clou Pas Dosè is made from 30% Pinot Nero and 70% Chardonnay grapes aged on the lees for a minimum of 40 months. The Pinot Nero undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel vats, whereas the Chardonnay undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in French oak barrels, with zero dosage at disgorgement. It is fresh, tangy and minerally, yet also rich and embracing. This intriguing wine combines verticality with complexity. This is a "Trentodoc" for the company and for Giulio Larcher, who makes it a unique, individual and very personal experience.
