Tonini Viticoltori in Isera

Tonini Viticoltori in Isera is located on the hills of Isera, to the right of the Adige River.
A family-run, certified organic, led by Marco and Filippo, whose project is deeply rooted in the enhancement of the local territory. The vineyards, planted on basaltic and dolomitic-limestone soils, are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 200 to 800 meters above sea level. Their approach combines expertise and innovation, guided by sustainability and full respect for nature’s biological cycles.
The wines, rich in identity, reflect the spirit of those who produce them: distinctive and characterful, with notable minerality and complexity.

This Trentodoc Riserva is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in vineyards cultivated at an altitude of up to 800 metres. A long period of aging on the lees, 60 months, offers the palate an intriguing tangy sparkling wine with aromas of citrus fruits.

TRENTODOC NATURE BLANC DE NOIRS 2020

This Trentodoc Nature Blanc de Noirs is a vintage sparkling wine, aged 48 months on the lees, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Tonini family’s estate vineyard, grown on basaltic soil at 700 meters above sea level. It features a fine, persistent perlage and a bright straw-yellow hue. The nose offers aromas of cedar, lemon jelly, reinette apple, and apricot, enhanced by a fresh, mineral-driven touch that reveals its elegance, followed by floral notes of wisteria and acacia. On the palate it is structured yet incisive, with fruit and white pepper nuances supported by a crisp, steely freshness.
