In 1899 the first bottles of Metodo Classico sparkling wine were released in Trentino, thanks to Arminio Valentini, a pioneer in sparkling wine production in the Vallagarina. Now as then the love for the territory and the constant search for quality continue at the winery of this sparkling wine producer and are essential aspects of production. Today we produce three Trentodoc sparkling wines: Valentini di Weinfeld Brut Millesimato, 100% Chardonnay, Valentini di Weinfeld Rosé Millesimato, 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero and finally Valentini di Weinfeld Riserva Arminio, 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot nero.

VALENTINI DI WEINFELD BRUT MILLESIMATO
Named after a pioneer of sparkling wine-making from Trentino, who was active as early as 1899. 100% Chardonnay, from the breezy vineyards on the hills of Volano, this is a Brut that perfectly expresses the style of Trentodoc: well-balanced freshness and minerality, with fine, velvety bubbles that recall a delicate bouquet of apple, crusty bread and white flowers. Excellent as an aperitif.
Valentini di Weinfeld Riserva Arminio
VALENTINI DI WEINFELD RISERVA ARMINIO
With our Riserva Arminio we would like to honour Arminio Valentini, the first producer of Metodo Classico sparkles in 1899. The elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Nero are combined in a sophisticated and balanced blend. This Trentodoc is aged for over 60 months. During the dégorgement a very small quantity of liqueur d’expédition is added.

VALENTINI DI WEINFELD ROSÈ MILLESIMATO
A Trentodoc in which the typical elegance of Chardonnay and
the structure of Pinot Noir meet together in perfect harmony.
This blend is characterized by a complex bouquet, with fruity hints of berries,
black currant and Golden Delicious apple.
The taste is rich, very balanced and with great persistence.
