Trentodoc with an extreme, vertical taste and maximum expression of the Cembra valley. Made
from Chardonnay grapes through a careful manual selection. Very fine perlage, elegant and
intense aroma. Fragrant and complex taste, with floral notes of yellow fruit, but also light and
subtle hints of hazelnut and toasted bread. Ideal as an aperitif for the most demanding palates. It
goes well with fish or shellfish dishes, but also with cold cuts and tasty cheeses.
Trentodoc obtained from Chardonnay grapes through a careful manual selection. Very fine
perlage, elegant and intense aroma, fragrant and complex, with floral notes of ripe yellow fruit, but also light and subtle hints of hazelnut and lightly toasted bread.

Salísa Rosé Extra Brut Millesimato is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Val di Cembra, an alpine area dedicated to heroic viticulture. The elegance of Pinot Noir combined with the freshness and minerality of Chardonnay result in a bright antique pink Trentodoc. It is complex, refined and harmonious, with a very fine perlage.

Since 1919, Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz has been making wine with the fine grapes from the gravelly calcareous soils of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, in the heart of the Dolomites.
Cantina Salim was established in Alto Garda, 500 metres above sea level, amid the luxuriant vineyards of the Maso (farmstead) of the same name. This project is based on a combination of boldness and new perspectives.
Cantina Salizzoni is situated in the historic centre of Calliano, in the heart of the Vallagarina valley, near Castel Beseno and the ancient fortresses of Rovereto.
CANTINA SOCIALE DI TRENTO
Founded in 1956 by 11 vine-growers, with over 480 members, the company survives and monitors a production area of 750 hectares, mainly spread over a hilly area around the city of Trento.
Near the enchanting Lago di Toblino and its castle, in the middle of the vine-covered countryside of the Piano Sarca, you can find Cantina Toblino.
Cantine Levii produces Trentodoc sparkling wine from high altitude grapes harvested on our vineyards at the feet of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. All Levii products are Millesimati aged on lees for at least 30 months.

The Conti Bossi Fedrigotti family have lived in Trentino for almost 600 years. For over 300 years, they have been growing vines with their love and professionalism. The first harvest dates back to 1697.

The Fondazione Mach (The Mach Foundation), previously the Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige (San Michele all’Adige Agrarian Institute), is an important research and training centre in the agricultural, food and environmental sectors.

MARCHESI GUERRIERI GONZAGA
More than 1000 years ago, it was a monastery, but for over 3 centuries now San Leonardo has served as the residence of the Marquis Guerrieri Gonzaga family, its proud custodians.
MAS DEI CHINI
This “pearl” stretches over twenty hectares on the hills north of Trento, where a cool territory and gravelly soils provide the grapes made into their three Trentodoc wines.
Maso Martis can be found in Martignano, at the foot of Monte Calisio above Trento, at 450 metres above sea level. This mountainous terrain features excellent exposure and is caressed by gentle breezes.
Zeni Roberto bought Maso Nero in 1988, an old farmhouse located on the wine route of the Avis hills, a natural window on the nearby Campo Rotaliano.
No other word such as “Maso” can symbolise fields, valleys, vines and the mountains of the Trentino region. In a very short time, the Togn family has transformed old vines into modern production facilities.
Metius is less a company and more a project aimed at pursuing perfect quality. The idea of two oenologist friends has given rise to a Trentodoc Riserva of unmistakeable timbre.
Mara Mittestainer and her two daughters, Rosella and Stefania, have created a new project, a dream. A small production of Trentodoc that embodies their passion and love for the Trentino region: this is Mirí.
Monfort can boast almost 70 years of wine making experience, starting in 1945. The winery is based in Lavis, a village close to Trento.
The Moser winery was founded in 1979 by Diego and Francesco Moser who had been working the family vineyards in Val di Cembra since their early teens.
An iconic Trentino brand, Pedrotti is a family run business that appeared in the annals of agriculture for the first time in 1901.
The Pisoni family has worked in the Valle dei Laghi, directly to the north of Lake Garda, at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, since 1852.
Gianni, Domenico and Mario, three great friends, set up the Pravis winery more than 40 years ago in the Valle dei Laghi, a location surrounded by lakes and castles.

It was in 1982, after years of study and perfection of production techniques, that Paolo Malfer decided to found Revì, the company that discovered its source of inspiration in the Trentodoc.
For more than a century, the Rossi family has cultivated its own vineyards, which stand on the hills of Roverè della Luna, on the northen border of Trentino, in a niche surrounded by the grandeur of the mountains.
Rotari is made in the heart of the Dolomites, an elegant and contemporary Trentodoc forged by the mountain climate.
From the mind of Corrado Linardi, owner of San Michael and the vineyards in the hills to the north of Trento, comes a Trentodoc with a mission: to promote and bring the Trentino region to the fore.
Maso Bianco of the Seiterre Winery is located in Vallagarina, in the shadow of the Castello di Avio, along the river Adige, in a soil of dolomitic marl calcareous origin. In this dynamic territory tradition, the Rizzi family works following tradition and passion intertwined with innovation, research and quality.
The Simoncelli company is based in Navicello (or ‘Navesel’), an ancient harbour on the River Adige in Vallagarina.
The Spagnolli Spumanti sparkling wine cellar is located in Covelo di Cimone, not far from Trento on the south-eastern slope of Monte Bondone, surrounded by vineyards dating back to 1978, a natural amphitheatre situated at an altitude of 600 metres.
TENUTA MASO CORNO
Tenuta Maso Corno, an estate that surrounds a centuries-old farmstead and extends over the slopes of the Lessini Mountains facing the Little Dolomites, has a fan-shaped vineyard at 500 metres above sea level overlooking the Valle dell’Adige.
A young sparkling winery company “Tenute Vidi” but with solid family traditions. Trentodoc is a new challenge that it arises from the love for the territory and for the enhancement of its flavours and aromas.
