The Zanotelli family cultivates its own vineyards in the Valle di Cembra, the heart of Trentino viticulture, with a focus on preserving and handing down the local agricultural and cultural heritage. Trentodoc Forneri comes from a selection of only Chardonnay grapes, chosen for their specific geographical location in terms of sun exposure, altitude and soil characteristics. Soft pressing of the grapes, slow fermentation at 15-17°C and disgorgement carried out after at least 36 months on the lees result in a fresh, structured wine with a highly persistent finish.
