PERIOD OF MATURATION:
The Riserva requires patience: the minimum amount of time aging on the lees is 36 months, although in reality many producers in Trentino age their wines for much longer.
CHARACTERISTICS AND TASTING NOTES:
In the mouth, this wine has a great structure and body because of its long aging time. Expect intense and complex notes of ripe apple, nuts like walnuts and hazelnuts, candied fruit, citrus, honey, and sometimes pineapple.
Trentodoc Riserva goes very well with haute cuisine and more elaborate dishes, and is the perfect wine for important celebrations or get togethers.
