The Pisoni family has worked in the Valle dei Laghi, directly to the north of Lake Garda, at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, since 1852. As one of the main wine producers in Trentino it boasts a long history dedicated to the art of making metodo classico sparkling wine. At the beginning of the sixties a Trentodoc was added to their range of wines and grappas. Now, as it was then, it is cared for as a valued family treasure. The unique microclimate, the strong temperature variations during the grapes’ maturation period and the Ora, the wind blowing from Lake Garda during the day, are unique traditions that the land transfers to the Pisoni Trentodoc making it full flavoured, fresh and fine.
